Baby #2!!!

I am 20 weeks with our second baby. I'm due September 9, five days before Scott's 2nd birthday. We couldn't be more excited. This go round I was much more sick and for longer than I was with Scott. I was sick everyday up until 15 weeks, with dry heaving all throughout the day (any poopy diaper or walking into the kitchen made me want to throw up, so I'd gag), with throwing up several times a week. It was miserable. I felt so bad for Collin and Scott. I never wanted to make dinner, much less eat. I started showing much earlier this time too, I'm sure because this is the second go round and my body knows what to do. My belly button has been poking out for weeks!
We had our ultrasound on Friday. Collin "knew" it was a girl and I was hoping and wanting to think it was a girl. My sister and mom were both extra sick with their girls. I was so excited for our ultrasound I could hardly sleep the night before. Thankfully our appointment was at 9 in the morning. The baby was extremely cooperative and made it pretty easy for the technician to get all the pictures needed, unlike with our squirmy little Scott. When it came time to see the gender my heart was beating so fast. The baby is definitely a Cragun already with crossed legs for most of the appointment, making it hard to see the gender. Finally we were told we were having a little baby GIRL!!! I had tears coming down my cheeks and was so excited!!! We are so excited to be welcoming a baby girl into our home. I have already bought a few little outfits for her. I can't wait for the things I can make for her.

We are super excited for a sweet baby girl to come to our family. It still seems surreal that we're having another baby and that it's a girl!! We love her tons already and I love finally getting to call our baby "she"!
