Halloween is not my favorite time of year. I don't love the gross, scary, haunted kind of stuff. I do love carving pumpkins though and I had never carved a pumpkin until Collin and I were married. Well this year since Scott is with us now, we carved 3 pumpkins, one for each of us. Collin carved Boba Fett. He loves Star Wars and the inspiration for that pumpkin was probably helped since we just finished watching the whole Star Wars Saga. I love Iron Man so I carved him. Although I think I carved it 2 years ago too, oh well. We had a little pumpkin for Scott. Collin carved most of it since Scott was not happy and I was taking care of him. Plus, Collin is a better carver than I am. Scott's pumpkin was a little Pirate Teddy Bear. We carved them a little too early though. By time Halloween came they were all gross and moldy on the inside. Nasty!!
Also, since this year was Scott's first Halloween of course he had to dress up. He didn't go trick-or-treating, but he was a cute little Lion. I made a little mane for him to wear at our Ward Halloween Trunk-or-Treat. He was pretty dang cute if I do say so myself.
